In the old days, this old trail was the only way for residents in Kaluluan to communicate with others tribes. No matter they needed to trade, study, or see doctors, they had to cross Coastal Range to the other side of the mountain to get the sources they need.
After roads were paved, this old trail was useless and forgotten by residents. Fifty years past, the youths who had ever walked this trail become elders already. If there is no one try to find out this trail, it will lost in the memories.
The year before last year, some youths and elders planed to find out this trail. They worshiped the ancestors and the god of the mountain before departure and spent 8 days, finally, they found out the trail according to their memories and built a "Taluan" on the top of the mountain.
